Clarity through Ongoing Coaching

Business Coach Jeff

Business owners don’t need more information. They need to make their best decisions.

A coaching session is a structured pause from the noise of your busyness. We focus on your highest priority issue, strip away assumptions, and work toward what is actually true so you can make your best decisions.

Why Coaching Works Where Introspection Fails

Thinking Alone

  • Stuck in the same patterns
  • Blind spots go unnoticed
  • Urgency drives decisions
  • More thinking, less progress

With Coaching

  • Clear, focused conversations
  • Assumptions challenged
  • Decisions aligned with priorities
  • Consistent forward movement

How Coaching Moves You Forward

We take one issue at a time and work it through until it’s clear what’s actually going on. We separate facts from assumptions, challenge the thinking that may be holding you back, and align your decision with both your business and personal priorities.

Many consultants diagnose problems and then leave you to figure out the rest, or charge significantly more to implement the solution. Coaching works differently. You stay in control, build your own capabilities, and invest in your team rather than relying on outside help.

Without this level of clarity, most decisions get delayed, second-guessed, or ignored.

You don’t leave with more to think about. You leave knowing what to do next.

How Mechanics and Mindset Shape Every Decision

Business Reality

  • What financial constraints exist?
  • What other options exist?
  • What does the data support?
  • What are real trade-offs?

Clear Decision

Hiring, pricing, delegation…

  • Define constraints and options
  • Expand the range of choices
  • Reframe the approach
  • Move forward with confidence

Your Perspective

  • How am I viewing this situation?
  • What assumptions am I making?
  • What am I avoiding or resisting?
  • What past experience is influencing this?

Mechanics define the options. Mindset determines whether you act on them.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Business Clarity Audit identifies what needs to change. Ongoing coaching is where we work through those changes so they actually get implemented. In the BCA, I do most of the analysis. In coaching, you act on what we uncover together.

Each session focuses on one real issue. We work through it until it’s clear what’s true, what your options are, and what to do next. I start with: “What would you like to work on today?” If you’ve completed a Business Clarity Audit, I may reference your priorities. However, the session’s focus is always your choice.

You can meet once to four times per month. Most clients choose twice per month while working through active priorities.

Each session is 50 minutes. Between sessions, you apply what we discussed. You’re not adding more work. Instead, you’re shifting your effort from working in the business to working on it.

Clearer decisions, less second-guessing, and steady progress on the issues that matter most. Over time, this leads to a business that is less dependent on your direct involvement.

That’s part of the process. We address what got in the way and adjust. The goal is awareness and consistent progress.

No. However, a Business Clarity Audit is highly recommended prior to engaging in ongoing coaching.

A consultant gives prescriptive advice based on their expertise in a specific area. A coach helps you think strategically, identify blind spots, and build decision-making habits so you can lead your business with confidence. My role is to help you uncover the right path and stay accountable, not hand you ready-made solutions.

Coaching is priced at $400 per session. Most clients schedule 1, 2, or 4 sessions per month, depending on how quickly they want to move. The cost is billed monthly.

I try to keep pricing stable for active clients. If we continue working together, your session rate typically remains the same. If you pause coaching and later return, sessions are billed at the current rate at that time.

No. Ongoing coaching has no long-term contract. You can start, pause, or stop at any time.

If you’re ready to get started, there is no need to wait, please schedule a Discovery Session today.
