You’ll share your current business situation and challenges, gain an outside perspective, and get a sense of how I think and work.
For me:
I evaluate whether you’re the right company and business owner for me. I’m selective about who I work with, and I won’t recommend coaching unless I believe it will be valuable.
If there’s a fit, we’ll identify the appropriate next step. If not, you’ll leave with clarity and direction.

Is a Discovery Session really just a sales pitch?
No. A Discovery Session is a kind of qualifying step. You will qualify whether coaching can help you and your business. I am qualifying whether I can help you and your business. If I feel there is a fit for coaching, I will propose it. But there is no pressure or slimy sales tactics.
Do I need to prepare for the meeting?
No. This is a simple conversation. To the extent I ask questions about your business, you can respond with your best guess.
What happens after the Discovery Session?
After the Discovery Session, I will follow up with a brief email outlining my perspective and a recommended next step.
If I believe I can help, I will propose a clear path forward—typically starting with a Business Clarity Audit, which is a deeper analysis of your business across finance, people, marketing, sales, operations, leadership, vision, and mindset.
If I don’t believe I’m the right fit, I’ll let you know and point you in a better direction.
