And while an action plan can provide direction, most owners remain in the same bottlenecks that created the problems in the first place.
The Business Clarity Audit creates a complete picture of your business so that our work together is focused on the right priorities, in the right order.
You can begin coaching without it. But starting with clarity is what allows coaching to move you forward—not just keep you busy.

How long does the Business Clarity Audit take?
The client will invest 6-8 hours in data gathering and coaching sessions. The entire process takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the speed of input and availability.
How much does the Business Clarity Audit cost?
The Business Clarity Audit costs $3,500. $1,750 is paid up front, and $1,750 is paid after the Final BCA Report is delivered.
What deliverables will I get for my investment?
You will receive a detailed Business Clarity Report outlining what is working, what is not, and the specific changes required to reduce your company’s dependence on you. The report includes a prioritized action plan for moving forward.
Can I purchase this program without attending a Discovery Session?
No. This program is a custom fit for my clients. A Discovery Session is a no-cost opportunity for us to get to know one another. I don’t want to sell you a prescriptive coaching program that will not deliver.
What happens after the audit?
After the Business Clarity Audit is complete, you can continue to use me to help keep you on track with your action plan with ongoing coaching. However, you can also use the action plan independently and do as you please.
